The role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience and demonstrates expertise in designing Azure-native data platforms. The successful candidate will focus on data quality and governance while working with Azure SQL and Data Lake technologies.

As part of a global engineering and consulting provider, you will play a key role in shaping data strategies and implementations.

Responsibilities

• +4 years of experience as Data Engineer
• Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing Azure‑native data platform patterns
• Extensive experience with Azure Data Lake and lakehouse architectures
• Strong background in Azure SQL, advanced SQL‑based data modelling, and reconciliation solutions
• Proven track record using Azure Data Factory and modern ELT/ETL technologies
• Deep understanding of data modelling strategies for multi‑tenant SaaS environments
• Hands‑on experience with billing, invoicing, usage tracking, reconciliation, and commercial data domains
• Expertise in developing semantic models and enterprise reporting layers
• Strong focus on data quality, validation, governance, and lineage management
• Excellent communication skills in English
