Keyrus Portugal is hiring a Data Engineer in Lisbon, hybrid, for a full-time employee role starting September 2026. The position offers a salary range of 28,000 to 32,000 EUR gross per year.

You will design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes to support analytics, reporting and business applications across the data lifecycle. You will work with SQL, SSIS and various data sources, building scalable data integrations and data models.

Responsabilidades

• Designing, developing and maintaining data pipelines and ETL processes
• Building complex data integration workflows using SQL and SSIS
• Extracting, transforming and integrating data from multiple sources
• Working with large and complex datasets
• Developing and optimising SQL queries, stored procedures and data transformations
• Supporting the design and maintenance of data models and analytical data structures
• Defining and monitoring SLAs for data pipelines and ETL processes
• Monitoring data processes and identifying performance bottlenecks
• Improving the performance, scalability, reliability and maintainability of existing data solutions
• Ensuring appropriate data quality and consistency throughout data pipelines
• Applying strong Software Engineering principles to Data Engineering development
• Following database development, administration and performance optimisation best practices
• Troubleshooting data integration, database and performance issues
• Supporting analytical and reporting solutions using SSAS, SSRS and Power BI when required
• Working closely with technical teams, business stakeholders and end users to understand data requirements and resolve technical challenges
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of the client's data ecosystem

What You'll Architect

As a Data Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining and improving data integration and transformation solutions that support analytics, reporting and business applications.

You will work across the data lifecycle, from extracting and integrating information from different sources to transforming, modelling and making data available for downstream consumption.
