A leading technology services company based in Portugal is seeking a Data Engineer to develop ETL processes and modernization of data platforms. You will work with international clients and design data ingestion strategies. The ideal candidate has experience with Databricks and a background in ETL development. Qualificações

• Experience with Databricks at Mid-Level or Senior level.
• Experience in ETL development and data pipeline implementation.

We are looking for a Data Engineer for this project!

Responsibilities

• Develop ETL processes and data pipelines using Databricks.
• Participate in the modernization of a data platform from legacy technologies to Databricks.
• Design and implement data ingestion from source systems into a Medallion Architecture or similar.
• Support technology conversion activities, including the use of GenAI, depending on the component.
• Work with international clients and teams (Canada and EMEA).

Qualifications

• Experience with Databricks at Mid-Level or Senior level.
• Experience in ETL development and data pipeline implementation.
• Experience with data platform modernization.
• Experience in the insurance industry (banking is also acceptable).
