A Data Engineer role in Lisbon focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining scalable ETL/ELT pipelines, optimizing data integration, and enabling analytics platforms. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and mentoring junior staff are key parts of the position.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience as a Data Engineer.
• Strong hands-on experience with ETL/ELT frameworks and data integration tools (e.g., Alteryx, Talend).
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and optimization.
• Strong programming skills in Python and/or PySpark.
• Experience designing and maintaining Data Warehouse solutions and data architectures.
• Solid understanding of data governance, data quality, and performance optimization principles.

Responsabilidades

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).


• Experience working in international and multicultural environments.
