emagine is seeking a Data Product Owner to lead the Marketing & Sales data product across the customer journey. You will define and prioritize the business roadmap in close collaboration with stakeholders and harmonize key metrics like lead conversion and CAC.

You will establish group-wide data standards, define requirements, governance guidelines, and support departments in using the data product for data-driven decisions. Strong data, BI, and agile experience are required.

Qualificações

• Degree in computer science, business informatics, mathematics, data science, industrial engineering, or comparable field.
• Several years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Data Product Owner.
• Strong understanding of marketing, sales, or CRM processes.
• Experience working with data products, analytics, or business intelligence solutions.
• Knowledge of modern data warehouse and cloud technologies, ideally Snowflake.
• Experience with SQL, data modeling, and data quality frameworks.
• Ability to translate business requirements into concrete data and reporting solutions.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Structured, independent, and strategic working style.
• Experience with agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Very good English skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own the business responsibility for the Marketing & Sales Data Product across the customer journey.
• Define, develop, and prioritize the business roadmap in close cooperation with stakeholders.
• Develop and harmonize key metrics such as lead conversion and Customer Acquisition Cost.
• Establish a group-wide standard for marketing and sales data.
• Define business requirements, data standards, and data governance guidelines.
• Support business departments in using the data product for data-driven decisions.
