Job summary
Publicis Groupe in Lisbon region is seeking a Data-Driven Savings & Governance Lead to transform media, campaign and financial data into actionable insights. You will act as a control layer between Client Service, Planning, Trading and Finance, ensuring data accuracy and governance.
The role focuses on delivering savings commitments, defining KPIs, benchmarking, and providing recommendations to optimize performance.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in Media Planning, Trading, Media Analytics, Productivity, or Business Control in a media agency
- Experience managing financial commitments, savings targets, benchmarks and performance analysis
- Strong understanding of media planning, buying, reporting processes
- Experience across multiple clients, media channels and contractual frameworks is a plus
Responsibilities
- Oversee savings delivery and financial targets with clients
- Monitor performance against benchmarks and objectives
- Identify risks and recommend corrective actions
- Consolidate information from campaigns, media platforms, planning and finance sources
- Translate productivity objectives into measurable goals for teams
- Define and monitor cost and efficiency benchmarks
- Provide insights to support decision-making
- Define reporting frameworks and ensure governance and reporting accuracy
- Collaborate with Client Service, Planning, Trading and Finance teams
