Capgemini Portugal is hiring an Applicacional Support Engineer to join the Lisbon team on a hybrid basis. The role focuses on providing ongoing support and maintenance for Java and C# applications, troubleshooting production issues, and coordinating deployments across environments.

You will work with Azure cloud environments, implement automation for deployments, and ensure security and best practices. Fluency in English and Portuguese is required to collaborate with local and international

Qualificações

• Academic background in IT or related field.
• Experience in Application Support (up to 3 years).
• Knowledge of Java and/or C#.
• Experience with Azure cloud environments.
• Shell scripting skills.
• Understanding of application security and deployment best practices.
• CI/CD knowledge (nice to have).

Responsabilidades

• Provide support and maintenance for Java/C# applications.
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure SLA compliance.
• Support business users and manage support tickets.
• Coordinate deployments and configurations across UAT, Pre-Prod, and Prod.
• Automate deployment/configuration processes.
• Perform impact analysis, testing, and documentation of changes.
• Ensure security, compliance, and infrastructure best practices.
• Collaborate with cloud, network, and infrastructure teams.
