In this vital role you will:*** Exposure to any of the following technical areas: Integration/ETL/Informatica, CSharp, Planisware, Tableau, Cognos, Mulesoft, Sharepoint, Desktop Installation, One Trust, Dynatrace, Cloud Computing (AWS/ Microsoft Azure/GCP), Python, DevOps, Java, .NET, Salesforce* Experience in reading/understanding Quick Reference Guides or Knowledgebase Documents (QRGs and KBs) and knowledge articles regarding application support and maintenance* Familiar with Agile principles and processes* Leverage best practices, disciplined approaches, and standards to solving technical problems.* Perform application monitoring, debug, optimization, and refinement.* Apply standard methodologies and experience to build, develop and customize applications* Conduct software preventative maintenance (SRT testing), patching, and upgrades where required* Respond to adhoc application service and reporting requests* Manage Incident response and resolution* Work in a fast-paced changing environment, under pressure, balancing multiple assignments simultaneously**WIN****WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU**We are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients.
