SYONE is seeking an Application Support Engineer to ensure effective first and second-level support for applications, maintaining stability and performance while collaborating across infrastructure and development teams. The role is based in Lisbon with hybrid work options.

You will cover IT needs analysis, issue tracking, and automation efforts, leveraging Dynatrace and cloud technologies to deliver reliable software services and smooth deployments.

Qualificações

• Strong knowledge of RedHat Linux and IT infrastructure.
• Experience with Application Performance Monitoring tools (Dynatrace).
• Experience with cloud environments: Kubernetes and cloud-managed services (AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud).
• Knowledge of databases (RDBMS, NoSQL, File Storage) and Oracle Exadata.
• ETL tools such as IBM DataStage.
• Experience in Continuous Delivery and release management.
• Strong command of English (written and spoken).
