Winthrop Technologies Ltd. is seeking an experienced Integration Supervisor to join a large-scale data centre project in Sines, Portugal.

You will oversee the coordination and integration of all MEP and architectural services on site, ensuring seamless interface management across disciplines. The role entails supervising installation works, monitoring progress against the schedule, maintaining safety and quality standards, and supporting commissioning and handover activities to ensure timely

Qualificações

• A relevant third-level qualification in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in a similar role within an M&E contracting environment.
• Telecoms experience is required.
• Data centre project experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong organisational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate integration of MEP and architectural services on site.
• Prepare and issue weekly progress reports.
• Conduct weekly toolbox talks and safety briefings.
• Develop a two-week lookahead schedule.
• Attend DAB meetings and report progress and issues.
• Manage subcontractor performance against scope, schedule and quality.
• Ensure HSEQ compliance and promote safe work practices.
• Oversee material handling, deliveries and site logistics.
