CTS Design & Engineering seeks a Design Manager to independently own the design management process for data centre and mission-critical construction projects across the EMEA portfolio. You will lead the design programme, coordinate multidisciplinary consultants, and ensure buildability, BIM coordination, and timely delivery within budget.

You will be the key interface between the client, design consultants, and construction delivery teams, driving from concept through detailed design to handover

Qualificações

• Degree in Architecture, Civil/Structural or MEP Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Proven engineering background (Mechanical or Electrical).
• 5–10 years in design management/coordination across full lifecycle.
• Data centre or mission-critical project experience valued.

Responsabilidades

• Own and manage the design programme, align with procurement and construction sequencing.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design consultant team; chair design coordination meetings.
• Manage design deliverables register and information release schedule.
• Oversee BIM coordination and clash detection; ensure construction readiness.
• Review designs for quality, compliance, and buildability; support value engineering.
• Lead design risk management and change process with logs.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and permitting authorities on licensing.
• Manage design budget/fees and consultant scope; flag commercial risks.
• Direct and review work of Junior Design Managers.
