ITDS in Porto is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join the PnL platform within the Risk department. You will work with Business Analysts and Developers across Paris and Porto, collaborating with international IT teams and business users to load, certify, and publish Profit & Loss figures.

You will bring 2 years of BA experience, a background in Economics/Finance, and a basic knowledge of SQL. A customer-oriented mindset, strong communication, and comfort in a multicultural environment are

• 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar position.
• Academic or professional background in Economics, Finance, Market Data, or Risk Management.
• Methodical, detail-oriented approach with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Customer-oriented mindset in a multicultural environment.

• Gather, analyze, and document user requirements and functional specifications.
• Design, document, and maintain system processes.
• Conduct quality assurance by defining and executing test cases.
• Own relationships with internal clients to optimize and develop new features.

As a Senior Business Analyst on our client's PnL platform, you will join the PnL team within the Risk department — the system responsible for loading, certifying, and publishing the bank's Profit & Loss figures, a core profitability KPI. You'll work alongside Business Analysts and Developers across Paris and Porto, collaborating closely with international IT teams and business users.

Your main responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document user requirements and functional specifications
• Design, document, and maintain system processes
• Conduct quality assurance by defining and executing test cases
• Own relationships with internal clients to optimize and develop new features

You're ideal if you have:

• 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar position
