Adentis Portugal is seeking a BI/Data Analytics professional to join our Lisbon office. You will develop dashboards with Power BI, design data models, and translate business needs into clear visual insights.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of BI experience, strong SQL skills, and a solid grasp of data visualization best practices. Availability to work 1–2 days on-site in Lisbon is expected.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of experience in BI or Data Analytics.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboards, reports).
• Solid knowledge of SQL (query writing, optimization, data manipulation).
• Experience with data visualization best practices and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with ETL processes and data transformation techniques.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
• EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese work visa.
• Availability to work from the office one or two days per week (Lisbon).

Responsabilidades

• Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into data visualizations.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and performance of reporting solutions.
• Implement and maintain ETL processes where applicable.
• Monitor and troubleshoot reporting and data issues in production environments.

You must have:

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboards, reports).
• Solid knowledge of SQL (query writing, optimization, data manipulation).
• Experience with data visualization best practices and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with ETL processes and data transformation techniques.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources.
• European Union citizenship or a valid Portuguese work visa / Portuguese residency.
• Availability to work from the office one or two days per week (Lisbon).
