Adentis Portugal is seeking a dedicated Business Analyst to join its Lisbon team. You will gather and document data-related business requirements, translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria, and collaborate with business and IT stakeholders.

In our people-first environment, you will support agile delivery, maintain traceability from requirements through testing, and foster clear documentation for both technical and business audiences.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in data, analytics or banking environments.
• Strong ability to gather, analyse and document requirements.
• Ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Solid understanding of data flows, mapping and lineage.
• Experience in Agile delivery and backlog management.
• Fluency in English (mandatory).

Responsabilidades

• Gather, analyse and document data-related business requirements.
• Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria and functional specifications.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with business, technology, data and delivery stakeholders.
• Support source-to-target mapping analysis, data lineage documentation, data quality rule definition and impact analysis.
• Maintain end-to-end traceability from business requirements through development, testing and business acceptance.
• Support backlog refinement, prioritization and dependency management within Agile delivery teams.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, data engineers and business stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Document business processes, functional specifications and analysis clearly for both technical and business audiences.

• Ability to write clear user stories, acceptance criteria and functional specifications.
• Solid understanding of data flows, source-to-target mapping, data lineage and data quality concepts.
• Experience working in Agile environments, including backlog refinement, prioritization and dependency management.
• Strong analytical, documentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience collaborating with both technical and business teams.
• Fluency in English (mandatory).
• Experience with banking or financial services projects is highly valued.
• European Union Citizenship or Portuguese Working Visa / Portuguese Residency.
