Adentis Portugal is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to gather business requirements, design scalable data models, and develop interactive dashboards in Power BI. You will integrate data from multiple sources, ensure governance, and translate data into actionable insights to support decision making.

The role requires strong skills in Power BI, Power Query, DAX, and SQL, with 4+ years of experience and familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments.

Qualificações

• Minimum 4 years of experience in data analysis and building insights using Power BI, Power Query, DAX and SQL.

Responsabilidades

• Gather business requirements and translate them into KPIs, objectives, and data needs.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable data models integrating multiple data sources through ETL processes.
• Develop interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI using Power Query, DAX, and custom visualizations.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with governance and security policies.
• Transform raw data into actionable insights and document models, processes, and data flows.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and translate them into KPIs, objectives, and data needs.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable and high‑performance data models, integrating multiple data sources through ETL processes.
• Develop interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI using Power Query, DAX, and custom visualizations.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with governance and security policies.
• Transform raw data into actionable insights and maintain documentation of models, processes, and data flows.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in data analysis, data processing, and building insights using Power BI, Power Query, DAX, and SQL.
• Strong understanding of ETL processes, databases, and enterprise applications.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills, with a proactive and responsible mindset.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Portuguese (both written and spoken).
• European Union Citizenship or Portuguese Working Visa / Portuguese Residency.
