Salt is seeking a Data Analytics Team Lead to guide a team of up to 4 Data Analysts and drive data-led decisions across Product and Supply & Logistics. You will shape the analytics roadmap and collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities.

You will need 5+ years in data analytics, 1+ year in a leadership role, and strong SQL with Snowflake. A solid grounding in statistics, A/B testing, product analytics and data modelling is essential.

My client is a fast-growing global e-commerce / print-on-demand technology company looking for a Data Analytics Team Lead to lead a team of up to 4 Data Analysts and drive data-led decision making across Product and Supply & Logistics.

The Role

You will lead the analytics function across areas including supply chain, logistics, product performance, customer behaviour, merchants and partners.

You’ll work closely with Product Managers and business stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities, shape the analytics roadmap and turn data into actionable business recommendations.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of up to 4 Data Analysts
• Own and prioritise the team’s analytics roadmap and backlog
• Partner closely with Product Managers and business stakeholders
• Drive analytical initiatives across Product, Supply Chain & Logistics
• Translate complex analysis into clear business insights and recommendations
• Manage performance, development and regular 1:1s
• Support hiring and build out the analytics team
• Promote a stronger data-driven culture across the organisation
• Introduce relevant analytical, statistical and AI-driven approaches

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of professional Data Analytics experience
• 1+ years managing or leading Data Analysts
• Proven experience managing remote / international teams
• Strong people management, coaching and hiring experience
• Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills
• Advanced SQL and experience with Snowflake or similar data warehouses
• Solid knowledge of statistics, A/B testing and product experimentation
• Experience with product analytics and event tracking
• Strong understanding of data modelling and data quality
• Quantitative background such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or a related discipline is preferred
• Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, subscriptions or product-led businesses is highly relevant
• Supply Chain / Logistics experience is a plus
• Curiosity and willingness to experiment with AI in analytics workflows
