Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to customer behavior, preferences, and purchasing patterns.
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities by analyzing data from various sources such as customer feedback, market research, and transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to share insights and align strategies.
• Translate data-driven findings into actionable recommendations to improve products, services, and customer experience.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of data-driven initiatives.

Qualifications
