Linde Portugal is seeking a Data Analytics Expert to partner with regional business teams, translating requirements into data products and delivering automated, high-quality analytics across the region.

You will design, develop, and maintain data products, support ad-hoc requests, and collaborate with data engineering and data science teams to ensure scalable pipelines and impactful insights in English, with travel <10% for collaboration.

Qualificações

• Masters degree in a STEM field with strong business understanding.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into data pipelines, models and insights.
• Expert programming with SQL, R and Python and experience building customer-facing reports using Power BI and web frameworks (R Shiny or similar).
• Excellent communication, with potential change-management experience.
• Fluent English in written and spoken form.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a key partner for regional business teams to discuss/local requirements and translate them into data products.
• Design, develop and maintain automated, high-quality data products to support regional reporting.
• Address regional ad-hoc data requests and provide timely data insights.
• Collaborate with data engineering to enhance robust data pipelines for scalable deliverables.
• Coordinate with data science and analytics teams to ensure best practices and scalability.

What you will enjoy doing

• As a Data Analytics expert, you will act as a key speaking partner for a regional business team to discuss and understand local business requirements and translating them into data products


• You will design, develop, and maintain a portfolio of automated, high quality data products for the region to support local reporting needs


• You will discuss and support regional ad-hoc data requests and provide data insights in a timely and qualitative manner using your technical as well as business expertise


• You will work closely together with the data engineering team to enhance and ensure robust data pipelines to allow scalable and automated deliverables


• You will collaborate/ align regional demands with the data science and data analytics teams to ensure synergies, best practices and scalability.

What makes you great

• You possess a minimum of a masters degree from a university in a STEM subject (science technology, engineering or mathematics)


• You possess a strong business understanding and be able to transfer business requirements into data pipelines, data models and data insights


• You have expert knowledge in programming with SQL, R, Python and a track record in building customer facing applications and reports using Power BI and web application frameworks like R shiny or similar


• You have very good communication skills ideally combined with experience in change management


• You combine interest and motivation to continuously learn and develop with excellent spoken and written skills in English


• Willingness to travel to collaborate with the wider team and business (< 10%)
