WW Talents is seeking Danish-speaking Client Service Advisors to support customers across international projects from Greece. This remote role in Greece offers flexibility, a structured training program, and the chance to work with renowned brands.

Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat; assisting with products, orders, payments, deliveries, and returns; and maintaining CRM records with professional, customer-focused support.

Qualifications

• Danish language at C1/C2 level.
• English language at B2–C1 level, depending on project.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Customer-oriented and solution-focused approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment.
• Basic familiarity with CRM systems and digital tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist with products, orders, payments, deliveries, warranties, and returns.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and provide effective solutions.
• Handle complaints and elevate complex cases when needed.
• Manage customer cases and maintain accurate CRM records.
