Cross Border Talents seeks a Danish Speaking Content Reviewer to safeguard our online ecosystem from harmful content. This role requires auditing Danish submissions, applying policies, and making moderation decisions in a fast-paced, diverse environment.

The ideal candidate is observant, compassionate, and collaborative, with prior moderation or customer service experience. The position is based fully on-site at our Lisbon headquarters and offers relocation support and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Danish language at C1/C2 level ( fluent or near-fluent) for content review.
• English working proficiency (B2) for internal communications and training.

Responsibilities

• Audit and review user-generated Danish content (videos, text, images).
• Apply platform policies and flag policy-violating material.
• Stay informed about online trends and local Danish internet terminology.
• Uphold data privacy and confidentiality across moderation tasks.
• Participate in ongoing training to align with policy updates and tools.
