Beilmann Marketing, a Europe-based Google & YouTube ads specialist, seeks a performance-focused video editor based in Portugal. You will transform raw footage into direct-response video ads with compelling hooks and storytelling.
You’ll collaborate with creative strategists and PMs to push concepts further while preserving each client’s unique brand look. Proficiency in Premiere Pro and After Effects, CapCut, and Figma is required, along with English fluency and German B2 or higher.
Qualificações
- Based in Portugal and planning to stay.
- Several years editing video ads for performance marketing on YouTube, Meta or Google.
- Editing, visuals and storytelling to drive CTR, conversions and retention.
- Proficient with Premiere Pro and/or After Effects, CapCut and Figma.
- Own ideas with clear priority when deadlines stack.
- Experience with AI-powered tools is a plus.
- Fluent English; German at B2 or higher.
Responsabilidades
- Edit raw footage into high-performing direct response video ads.
- Translate strategy into videos with strong hooks and storytelling rhythm.
- Source footage, imagery, motion design, and sound to enhance ads.
- Develop concepts with strategists and project managers.
- Maintain each client brand look in edits.
- Use Adobe Creative Suite and AI tools daily.
- Contribute to agency marketing pieces when needed.
