Kats Recruitment is hiring Czech-speaking Video Content Moderators for an on-site role in Lisbon, Portugal. You will review and moderate Czech and English user-generated video content to ensure compliance with platform policies and legal standards.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native Czech fluency (C1/C2).
• Good working proficiency in English (B2+).
• High attention to detail with analytical thinking.

• Solid computer literacy and adaptability to review platforms.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate user-generated video content, live streams, comments, and related media in Czech and English.
• Ensure compliance with platform terms, community standards, and regulatory guidelines.
• Identify and take action on inappropriate or harmful content according to procedures.
• Flag systemic trends or ambiguous cases to policy teams.
• Maintain high accuracy, consistency, and productivity in a metrics-driven workflow.
• Participate in policy updates, calibration sessions, and quality audits.
