Kats Recruitment is seeking a Czech-speaking Video Content Moderator for Lisbon to ensure safety on a major video-sharing platform. This on-site, full-time role requires review of videos and text, adherence to guidelines, and objective decisions on removals or restrictions.

You will work in shifts to support a 24/7 digital environment, with relocation flight reimbursement, company accommodation, onboarding and wellness programs, and opportunities for growth in a diverse, multicultural team.

Qualificações

• Native or near-native Czech language with strong cultural understanding.
• English proficiency at B2 or higher for global communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking.

Responsabilidades

• Review video content and accompanying text/audio in Czech to ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Identify and flag inappropriate, harmful, or policy-violating material.
• Make objective decisions on removals, age-restrictions, or escalations.
• Handle user reports and platform information with confidentiality.
