AVEC in Lisbon is seeking a Czech-speaking Customer Advisor to support customers via phone, email, or chat. You will ensure accuracy and quality in all interactions, follow internal procedures, and collaborate with an international team, maintaining clear and professional communication at all times.

Minimum Czech C2 and English B2, with onsite availability in Lisbon. Relocation assistance is available for candidates from abroad, and a multicultural work environment accompanies a stable full-time

Qualificações

• Czech language proficiency at C2 level.
• English proficiency at least B2.
• Willingness to work onsite in Lisbon.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Eligibility to work in Portugal.
