In this role, you will be the guardian of our platform's integrity, ensuring that user-generated content remains safe, compliant, and high-quality for millions of users.

About the Role

As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating user-generated content, ensuring compliance with policies and guaranteeing top-quality standards. You will leverage your local market expertise, strong communication skills, and attention to detail to maintain the integrity and safety of online content.

What You Will Do

• Ensure Quality & Safety: Review and moderate content to ensure compliance with platform policies and e-commerce standards.
• Policy Compliance: Apply critical judgment to identify policy/legal issues and elevate cases following established protocols.
• Stay Informed: Remain knowledgeable and passionate about leading e-commerce products and services.
• Adapt to Changes: Work flexibly with evolving guidelines, schedules, and policies.
• Handle High Volumes: Manage peaks in content review during seasonal campaigns and promotions.

Work Schedule & Shifts

This is a 24/7 operation requiring high flexibility. The role operates on a rotational shift basis:

• Shift Rotations:
• Morning: 07:00 – 16:00
• Afternoon: 14:00 – 23:00
• Night: 22:30 – 07:30
• Working Days: Monday to Sunday (Rotative).
• Days Off: 2 Rotative days per week.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: 920€ per month (paid over 14 months).
• Attendance Bonus: 45€ per month (paid over 11 months).
• Meal allowance: 7.6 per working day
