Boston Consulting Group is seeking a Global Cybersecurity Program Lead to plan, coordinate, and deliver strategic cybersecurity initiatives across ISRM and IT. You will drive governance, reporting, and performance dashboards while aligning priorities with cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced, global environment.

You will work with ISRM and business stakeholders to ensure delivery excellence, manage risks, and enable strategic objectives across multiple concurrent cybersecurity

Qualificações

• Five or more years of experience leading cybersecurity, technology, or risk management projects.
• Experience in a global enterprise environment with complex programs.
• Ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and manage stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain project governance, reporting, and dashboards for visibility into progress and outcomes.
• Coordinate with ISRM, IT, and stakeholders to align priorities and delivery plans.
• Create and manage project plans, roadmaps, budgets, and success metrics for cybersecurity objectives.
• Lead cross-functional virtual project teams across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Establish KPIs to measure program effectiveness and drive data-driven decisions.
