You will drive governance, reporting, and performance dashboards while aligning priorities with cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced, global environment.

What You'll Do

As a member of BCG's Information Security & Risk Management (ISRM) team, you will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and delivering strategic initiatives across BCG's cybersecurity program. Working closely with ISRM, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders, you will help drive security initiatives that support compliance, operational excellence, and business priorities while providing clear visibility into project status, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.

Your work will help ensure cybersecurity initiatives are delivered consistently, transparently, and efficiently, strengthening BCG's security posture while enabling the firm's global business priorities.

This role combines project leadership with program governance to improve the execution and effectiveness of cybersecurity initiatives. You will help establish consistent project management practices, strengthen operational processes, and enable successful delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives. Success in this role requires sound judgment, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to drive progress in a fast-paced, global environment.

Following Are Key Responsibilities For This Role

Develop and maintain project governance, reporting, and performance dashboards to provide visibility into progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes. Partner with ISRM, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities, resources, and delivery plans. Develop and manage project plans, roadmaps, schedules, budgets, and success metrics that support strategic cybersecurity objectives.

Translate strategic cybersecurity objectives into actionable project plans, coordinating work across multiple initiatives while adapting to evolving priorities and business needs. Monitor program health by identifying risks, dependencies, and blockers, and driving timely resolution. Coordinate and lead cross-functional virtual project teams to deliver high-quality cybersecurity initiatives across multiple concurrent projects.

Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program effectiveness, identify improvement opportunities, and support data-driven decision making. Strengthen program governance, operational processes, and reporting practices to improve delivery consistency and operational excellence.

What You'll Bring

Five or more years of experience leading cybersecurity, technology, or risk management projects and programs within a complex, global enterprise environment. Strong project management skills, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, reporting, risk management, and resource coordination across multiple concurrent initiatives. Experience managing program office operations, including organizational reporting, governance processes, resource planning, recruiting support, and maintaining project management tools, dashboards, and documentation.

Demonstrated ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans while balancing competing priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Experience building trusted relationships and collaborating effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders across global, cross-functional teams. Working knowledge of cybersecurity principles, security controls, and technology delivery practices.

Strong analytical, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to define success metrics, monitor performance, and communicate progress to senior stakeholders. Bachelor's degree preferred. Industry certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or cybersecurity certifications (for example, CISSP, CISM, or Security+) are a plus.A

You will join BCG's Information Security & Risk Management (ISRM) team, partnering with cybersecurity, IT, risk, and business stakeholders across the firm to strengthen BCG's global cybersecurity capabilities.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic cybersecurity initiatives, improve operational effectiveness, and support the firm's risk management objectives. You will work closely with technical and non-technical colleagues across multiple geographies, building trusted relationships, aligning diverse stakeholders, and helping drive successful outcomes across a global portfolio of initiatives.
