A Sysmatch, empresa de consultoria e outsourcing de TI, procura um Engenheiro de Suporte CyberArk para apoiar clientes empresariais. O candidato ideal tem pelo menos 2 anos de experiência em gestão e suporte de sistemas CyberArk e disponibilidade para rotação de plantão.

Ao longo do contrato, o profissional irá criar e manter documentação técnica para clientes e usar plataformas ITSM para gestão de tickets e incidentes.

Qualificações

• 2+ anos de experiência em gestão e suporte de sistemas CyberArk.
• Experiência em suporte operacional em ambientes empresariais.
• Disponibilidade para rotação de plantão.
• Experiência a criar e manter documentação técnica para clientes.
• Experiência com plataformas ITSM para gestão de tickets e incidentes.

About the Role: CyberArk Support Engineer

Required Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the management and support of CyberArk systems.
• Experience providing operational support in enterprise environments.
• Availability to work in an on-call support rotation.
• Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation for clients.
• Experience using ITSM platforms for ticket management and incident tracking.

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting and/or delivering Managed Services for Microsoft solutions.
• Knowledge of PowerShell scripting.
