Sysmatch procura um Engenheiro de Suporte CyberArk para se juntar à nossa equipa em Portugal. O candidato incidará no suporte e gestão de ambientes CyberArk, contribuindo com documentação técnica e participação em rotação on-call.

É esperado experiência em ambientes empresariais, com uso de plataformas ITSM para gestão de tickets e incidentes. A posição integra a equipa de Sysmatch com oportunidades de desenvolvimento profissional e formação contínua.

Qualificações

• Experiência na gestão e suporte de sistemas CyberArk.
• Suporte operacional em ambientes empresariais.
• Disponibilidade para rotação de suporte em on-call.
• Criação e manutenção de documentação técnica para clientes.
• Experiência com plataformas ITSM para gestão de tickets e incidentes.

About the Role: CyberArk Support Engineer Required Skills

Minimum of

2 years of experience

in the management and support of

CyberArk systems .

Experience providing

operational support

in enterprise environments.

Availability to work in an

on‐call support rotation .

Experience creating and maintaining

technical documentation

for clients.

Experience using

ITSM platforms

for ticket management and incident tracking.

Nice to Have

Experience supporting and/or delivering

Managed Services for Microsoft solutions .

Knowledge of

PowerShell scripting .
