Timestamp Group is a leading Portuguese IT solutions provider focusing on security and knowledge sharing. We seek an IT security professional to lead security controls for multiple products, ensuring compliance with group standards and coordinating with cross-country teams.

You will drive security requirements, support security testing, and document security posture and processes to enable secure product delivery. Strong experience with ISO 27001, IAM, encryption, and Azure security is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing security requirements and controls across IT products.
• Ability to document security posture and create internal processes.
• Coordination of security activities in multi-country environments.

Responsabilités

• Ensure security for specific products and adherence to group standards.
• Support security control centre to guarantee compliance across products.
• Develop and implement security requirements and controls with application teams.
• Plan and execute security tests and remediation actions.
• Own remediation plans and track implementation status.
• Provide security support to IT product teams and stakeholders.
• Document internal security processes and procedures.
• Coordinate security meetings and maintain clear agendas and minutes.
• Produce documented security posture for relevant products.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure, for specific Products, the security overall;
• Support security and compliance control centre to ensure Products compliance with Group Security standards;
• Work on security requirements and security controls implementation with the application teams
• Methodize and support on security tests;
• Own security remediation plans;
• Provide overall security support to IT Product teams;
• Create and document internal processes;
• Methodize and drive security relevant meetings;
• Documented security posture for specific Products, aligned with Group Security standards Defined and maintained security requirements and security controls for the relevant applications;
• Security test plans, execution support and documented results;
• Security remediation plans, including tracking of implementation status;
• Documented internal security processes and procedures;
• Structured documentation and support materials for IT Product teams on security topics;
• Meeting agendas, minutes and action plans for security-relevant sessions;
• Coordination and planning applied to security-related activities and attention to detail;
• Commitment to agreed scope, timelines and quality of deliverables;
• Results orientation in the execution of security initiatives;
• Structured approach and capacity to synthesize complex security information into clear documentation and outputs.
