Axians Portugal is seeking a CyberProgram Analyst to support and assess cybersecurity maturity across international entities, ensuring compliance with Group Cyber Security standards and IT risk frameworks. You will drive cyber resilience, evaluate controls, and contribute to governance across the organization.

You will document assessment results, communicate changes, and collaborate with IT providers. English is essential; French is a plus, with opportunities for training and career growth

Qualificações

• Knowledge of IT Continuity and Backup Management, including DORA requirements.
• Understanding of Cryptography concepts, including key and certificate management.
• Knowledge of Network Security principles, including micro-segmentation and architecture hardening.
• Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST or equivalent.
• General understanding of IT, Cybersecurity processes and regulatory frameworks.
• Knowledge and awareness of IT Risk Management.
• Strong analytical and assessment capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English; French is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Deploy the maturity evaluation process on the entities within your perimeter.
• Help entities understand requirements and deliver the required evidences.
• Evaluate submissions to ensure coherence with assessments from other entities.
• Communicate and inform entities about changes impacting them.
• Facilitate the relationship between Group IT providers and entities.
• Document assessment results and reporting for governance.
• Develop internal projects to enhance the Cyber Program evaluation process.
