Axians Portugal is seeking an IT Risk Specialist to support IT Governance, Risk Management, and DORA compliance within a regulated Finance and Insurance environment. You will manage IT risks, maintain risk registers, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure governance across IT processes.

Qualificações

• Experience in Finance and/or Insurance environments.
• Proven IT Risk Management and IT Governance activities.
• Strong organizational and communication skills in multicultural environments.
• Willingness to travel within and outside Portugal when required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and monitor IT risks, ensuring identification, assessment, treatment, and reporting.
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of IT Governance frameworks, controls, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain IT risk registers, monitor remediation plans, and oversee governance with third parties.
• Prepare and present reports, KPIs, and risk indicators to governance committees and management bodies.
• Coordinate IT risk, governance, audit, and control activities with internal stakeholders.
• Support IT Risk, Cybersecurity, and Steering Committee facilitation.
• Monitor operational IT incidents and track corrective actions.
• Ensure DORA governance requirements are implemented, monitored, and reported.
• Review contracts and governance requirements for third‑party providers and subcontractors.
• Promote IT risk culture and governance best practices across IT teams.
