We are looking for a Cyber Security Program Analyst
to join an international cybersecurity team responsible for driving enterprise-wide cyber maturity, IT risk management, and operational resilience initiatives. About the Role
As a Cyber Security Program Analyst, you will support the assessment and continuous improvement of cybersecurity maturity across multiple international entities. You will work closely with cybersecurity experts, IT teams, and business stakeholders to ensure compliance with cybersecurity frameworks, regulatory requirements, and best practices. This is a highly collaborative role offering exposure to a wide range of cybersecurity disciplines, governance activities, and international projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute cybersecurity maturity assessments across assigned entities.
- Guide stakeholders in understanding cybersecurity requirements and evidence expectations.
- Review and validate assessment evidence, ensuring consistency and quality across evaluations.
- Communicate framework updates, governance changes, and cybersecurity program requirements.
- Act as a liaison between central IT teams and local entities to facilitate cybersecurity initiatives.
- Prepare reports and documentation supporting governance, compliance, and program oversight.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of cybersecurity assessment methodologies and internal processes.
- Collaborate with international cybersecurity teams to ensure consistent implementation of security standards.
Technical Requirements
- Knowledge or experience in one or more of the following areas is highly valued: IT Risk Management and Cybersecurity Governance.
- IT Continuity, Disaster Recovery, and Backup Management.
- Operational Resilience and regulatory frameworks (including DORA).
- Cryptography, including key and certificate management.
- Network Security, segmentation, and infrastructure hardening.
- Cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, or equivalent.
- General understanding of IT infrastructure, security processes, and risk management practices.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field.
- Previous experience in cybersecurity, IT risk, governance, compliance, or information security.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to evaluate technical documentation and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience working in international or multicultural environments is a plus.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- French is considered an advantage.
