Axians Portugal is seeking a Cybersecurity Project Manager to lead and coordinate cybersecurity initiatives across an international environment. You will manage projects from planning through delivery, ensuring scope, budget, timelines, and security requirements are met.

The role emphasizes strong project management, cybersecurity expertise, and stakeholder engagement to drive strategic security projects and deliver measurable business value across the organization.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of cybersecurity engineering experience.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in high-level collaborative environments and teamwork.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and domains is a plus.
• Fluency in English and French (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Develop comprehensive project plans and coordinate with technical resources through all project phases.
• Manage projects with top-down oversight to meet scope, budget, and timeline.
• Monitor progress and provide detailed reports on milestones and deliverables.
• Perform risk management and mitigation planning.
• Communicate proactively with project team members to identify problems and implement improvements.
