CB Talents SP is seeking enthusiastic French speakers for a customer support role in Porto for Bouygues Telecom. This position involves assisting customers with subscriptions, billing, and providing solutions, all while embracing the vibrant Bouygues Telecom culture.

No previous experience is required, as training will be provided. Candidates must reside within 30km of the Porto office. A monthly gross salary of approximately 1,383€ is offered, with additional benefits like meal allowances and private medical insurance.

Role Overview

Join the CB Talents family! We are looking for enthusiastic French speakers to join our customer support team in Porto for the prestigious Bouygues Telecom project. What You Will Do:

• Receive incoming calls and digital inquiries from Bouygues Telecom customers.
• Welcome, advise, and provide personalized solutions regarding subscriptions, billing, and technical troubleshooting.
• Share and live the vibrant Bouygues Telecom culture daily with your team.

What We Are Looking For:

• Language: Native or strong C2 French proficiency.
• Location: Must live within a 30km radius of our Porto office (On-site role).
• Skills: Good communication skills, problem-solving mindset, and a positive attitude.

Salary & Benefits Package:

• Estimated Gross Monthly Salary: ~1,383€ (including base and active performance components).
• Base Salary: 930€ gross/month (paid x14 months).
• Meal Allowance: 9€ per working day.
• Performance Bonus: 100€ fixed for the first 3 months, then up to performance (paid x12 months).
• Extra Perks:

  • Public transportation reimbursement up to 40€/month.
