Ideal candidates communicate fluently in Castilian and Basque (C1) with solid English (B1), and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment requiring flexible 24/7 shifts.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while meeting quality and performance standards.
• Maintain a positive and customer-centric approach in every interaction.
• Shift flexibility: supporting 24/7 shift rotation: work on a rotating schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
