FH Collective Academy is hiring a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialist in Lisbon with the option to work remotely within Portugal. You'll be the main contact for Dutch-speaking customers, assisting via phone, email, or chat and contributing to a friendly, international support team.

Relocation support is offered, with accommodation options and a monthly gross salary depending on housing. Expect private health insurance, paid training, and monthly bonuses included in your pay.

Qualificações

• Fluent Dutch (C1/C2) and good level of English.
• Based in Portugal or willing to relocate.
• Enjoy helping customers across channels.

What will you actually do?

You’ll be the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, helping them via phone, email, or chat. No overly scripted corporate talk—just genuine, helpful support to solve their day-to-day questions as part of our international team.

What do you need?

• Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2) and a good level of English.
• You're based in Portugal or ready to move soon.
• You enjoy talking to people and helping them out.
