FH Collective Academy is seeking Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join a leading international BPO in Lisbon, Portugal. The role offers on-site in Lisbon with remote options within Portugal and a full relocation package.

You'll be the main contact for Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email or chat, delivering friendly, practical support and helping solve day-to-day queries as part of an international team.

Qualificações

• Fluency in Dutch at C1/C2 level.
• Good level of English.
• Based in Portugal or willing to relocate soon.

What will you actually do?

You’ll be the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, helping them via phone, email, or chat. No overly scripted corporate talk—just genuine, helpful support to solve their day-to-day questions as part of our international team.

What do you need?

• Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2) and a good level of English.
• You're based in Portugal or ready to move soon.
• You enjoy talking to people and helping them out.
