FH Collective Academy in Lisbon is hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join a leading international BPO. You will assist Dutch customers by phone, email, or chat as part of an international team, providing practical, friendly help.

Relocation within Portugal is covered, with on-site or remote options; flight and accommodation support are included, plus monthly pay and bonuses in a dynamic environment.

Qualificações

• Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2) and a good level of English.
• You're based in Portugal or ready to move soon.
• You enjoy talking to people and helping them out.

What will you actually do?

You’ll be the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, helping them via phone, email, or chat. No overly scripted corporate talk—just genuine, helpful support to solve their day-to-day questions as part of our international team.

What do you need?
