Rydoo in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive positive customer experiences, adoption, and retention in the DACH market. You will partner with customers to accelerate business value using your product knowledge and relationship skills.

You will evangelize Rydoo, learn its capabilities, and collaborate with the account management team to uncover growth opportunities while maintaining a customer-centric approach and adhering to security policies.

Qualificações

• Native/Fluent command of English and German (additional languages are a plus).
• 3+ years of CSM or customer-facing experience.
• Experience solving more complex business challenges.
• Affinity for cloud-based applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Result-oriented mindset, learning by doing mentality.
• Being a compassionate, unselfish, true team player.
• Customer-focused.

Responsabilidades

• Learn the ins and outs of Rydoo to evangelize the capabilities of Rydoo.
• Partner with customers to understand goals and provide recommendations.
• Be metrics driven and identify if a customer relationship might be at risk.
• Work with the account management team to identify growth opportunities.
• Recognize customer needs and recommend additional services.
• Proactively communicate product changes and updates to customers.
• Understand customers’ key business challenges and provide feedback to product team.
• Adhere to Rydoo’s Information Security Policy and participate in trainings.
