Rydoo is a fast-growing SaaS company delivering spend management solutions worldwide. We are seeking a Product Expert in Lisbon to connect customers, product, and internal teams to ensure value and adoption of our solutions.

You will translate customer needs into actionable insights, collaborate with Product and Engineering, and educate internal stakeholders on updates, enabling best-in-class service across the company.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, law, or related field.
• 3+ years in a professional role, preferably accounting, finance or SaaS.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to translate complex concepts.
• Ability to work independently with fast context-switching.
• Experience in customer-facing roles is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Understand Rydoo products, use cases, and customer challenges.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to gather insights and feedback.
• Explain product value to internal teams and educate others on updates.
• Translate customer needs into actionable insights for Product, Engineering, Marketing.
• Support customer adoption and explain value in practical terms.
• Identify gaps and opportunities to improve product knowledge and feedback loops.
