Cross Border Talents in Porto, Portugal, seeks an Italian & English Customer Service Specialist (Diabetes & Medical Devices) to provide empathetic, clear support to users of medical devices. You will handle inquiries in Italian and English, assist with technical guidance, and resolve issues with a patient, solution-focused approach.

The role requires on-site presence in Porto, with rotational shifts, including nights, and a focus on accuracy, documentation, and adherence to quality standards.

Qualificações

About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading global customer care provider for a Italian & English Customer Service Specialist (Diabetes & Medical Devices) based on-site in Porto, Portugal. In this role, you will provide critical support to users of medical devices, offering empathetic and clear guidance for client inquiries, technical assistance, and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer care in Italian and English, managing inquiries across multiple markets simultaneously.
• Demonstrate active listening, empathy, and high problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues, emergencies, and disputes effectively.
• Process and retain complex information regarding diabetes medical devices and product guidelines.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Language Proficiency: Fluent written and verbal Italain+ English (C1 Level).
• Work Model & Location: Readiness to work On-site in Porto, Portugal.
• Schedule: Rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday (24/7 coverage) with 2 rotational days off. Must be comfortable with occasional night shifts (22:00 to 07:00).
• Skills: Strong organizational skills, high stress management, detail orientation, and active listening.
