Cross Border Talents is recruiting on behalf of a leading global customer care provider for a German & English Customer Service Specialist (Diabetes & Medical Devices) based on-site in Porto, Portugal. You will support users of medical devices with empathetic, clear guidance, handle inquiries across markets, and ensure accurate documentation in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include fluent German and English (C1), on-site work in Porto, 24/7 coverage with night shifts, and relocation

Qualificações

• Fluent written and verbal German and English at C1 level.
• Experience in customer care or technical support is a plus.
• Ability to manage inquiries across multiple markets with empathy.

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading global customer care provider for a German & English Customer Service Specialist (Diabetes & Medical Devices) based on-site in Porto, Portugal. In this role, you will provide critical support to users of medical devices, offering empathetic and clear guidance for client inquiries, technical assistance, and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer care in German and English, managing inquiries across multiple markets simultaneously.
• Demonstrate active listening, empathy, and high problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues, emergencies, and disputes effectively.
• Process and retain complex information regarding diabetes medical devices and product guidelines.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Language Proficiency: Fluent written and verbal German + English (C1 Level).
• Work Model & Location: Readiness to work On-site in Porto, Portugal.
• Schedule: Rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday (24/7 coverage) with 2 rotational days off. Must be comfortable with occasional night shifts (22:00 to 07:00).
• Skills: Strong organizational skills, high stress management, detail orientation, and active listening.
