We're working with an employer in Lisbon to fill a Customer Service position for their Polish market.

Day to day, you're the voice customers hear when they need help - tone and follow-through matter as much as the answer itself.

What you'd be doing:

• Keep internal systems and case notes accurate and current
• Respond to customer questions across phone, chat, and/or email
• Resolve issues efficiently without cutting corners on quality
• Flag recurring issues so they can be addressed at the source

What we're looking for:

• Eligible to work in the EU (citizenship, valid permit, or equivalent)
• Right to work in the country without sponsorship required
• Comfortable communicating in Polish at a professional level
• Solid working English alongside your Polish
