Colquímica Adhesives is seeking a Customer Service Assistant - Polish Speaker for our Susão, Valongo site to coordinate orders and data entry, ensuring timely responses and quality standards.

The role requires Polish language skills, strong English communication, experience in customer service, and a proactive, autonomous mindset. SAP knowledge is valued, with a hybrid work arrangement and a commitment to DEI practices.

Formación

• Polish language fluency is mandatory (written and spoken).

• Experience in customer service is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Fulfill customer orders in the domestic market and coordinate with Production, Shipping, and Transport departments.
• Implement the strategy to meet customer requirements and respect the company credit policy.
• Provide timely responses to customer information requests.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards and the Group's QMS/EMS/SMS.
• Apply procedures consistently across the team.
• Create and maintain customer accounts, update price lists, and assist with new material creation.
• Maintain data accuracy in SAP and ERP systems.

At Colquímica Adhesives, we are dedicated to the development, production, and commercialization of high-performance technological adhesives. We are currently recruiting a Customer Service Assistant - Polish Speaker (M/F/D) for our site in Susão, Valongo.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the fulfillment of customer orders in the domestic market (with future international scope) by acting as the link between the Production, Shipping, Transport Departments, and customers.
• Implement the strategy defined by the DC regarding compliance with customer requirements and ensure adherence to the company's credit policy.
• Ensure timely responses to customer information requests.
• Ensure compliance with the Group's Quality, Environmental, and Sustainability Management Systems.
• Comply with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
• Ensure the correct application of procedures by the rest of the team.
• Issue credit and debit notes when required.
• Create new customer accounts, maintain price lists, and manage the creation of new materials.

Requirements

• High School degree
• Up to 3/4 years of experience in similiar roles
• Good command of English, both written and spoken (mandatory)
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Polish are mandatory
• Knowledge in SAP will be valued
• Proactive and autonomous approach, with a strong customer-oriented mindset, both internally and externally.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
