Jobtailor is seeking a Quality and Customer Liaison professional with strong automotive quality experience. You will ensure customer requirements align with internal processes, act as the main customer representative, and drive continuous improvement across facilities.

Responsibilities include maintaining strong customer relationships, coordinating corrective actions, and supporting audits. The role emphasizes data-driven quality and cross-functional teamwork with a global reach.

Qualificações

• Educational background or proven experience in automotive plastics quality.
• Strong organizational, leadership and teamwork capabilities.
• Experience in quality processes and customer communication.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrate customer-centric mindset to understand needs and deliver customized services.
• Act as bridge between internal functions and customer for clear information flow to APTIV.
• Ensure requirements and quality targets are understood and fulfilled across product lines.
• Serve as Customer Representative per IATF 16949 standards.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through regular site presence.
• Monitor and drive corrective actions via 8D and other methods.
• Support customer audits and maintain required documentation.
