Condukt is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with customers, designing, deploying, and extending mission-critical solutions powered by our platform. You will translate complex operational challenges into scalable implementations and bridge technical depth with customer collaboration.

You’ll influence product direction through frontline insights, shape how customers adopt the technology, and work across product, engineering, and go-to-market teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering or technical deployment.
• Experience with customer-facing work.
• Ability to translate customer workflows into product and technical requirements.
• Experience delivering complex systems in fast-moving or ambiguous environments.
• Experience with external systems via public APIs.
• Ability to write production-grade code in Python or JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with systems powered by LLMs or generative models.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fast learner and adaptable.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with customers to understand use cases and guide adoption.
• Drive end-to-end configuration and deployment via public APIs.
• Lead design and build of custom tools to meet project requirements.
• Provide expert troubleshooting and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and GTM teams to prioritize feedback.
