Jobgether in Lisbon, Portugal, seeks a Compliance Officer focused on cryptoasset regulation to shape regulatory frameworks across the evolving fintech landscape. You will manage FCA cryptoasset regulatory submissions, lead MiCA CASP post‑authorization, and develop policies, risk assessments and governance documentation with senior compliance leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in regulatory compliance, 3+ years in cryptoasset business
• Hands-on experience with MiCA/CASP or UK cryptoasset regimes
• Knowledge of TFR and Travel Rule in cryptoasset transfers
• Understanding of DORA, AMLD, FATF standards and governance obligations
• Excellent English, regulatory drafting and cross‑functional collaboration across Europe

Responsibilities

• Manage FCA cryptoasset regulatory application process and information requests
• Lead post‑authorization MiCA CASP implementation and national authority commitments
• Develop, maintain regulatory policies, risk assessments, governance documents
• Design and document framework for TFR and Travel Rule for CASPs
• Establish blockchain analytics controls and regulatory oversight practices
• Coordinate with ICT on DORA documentation and ICT risk requirements
• Conduct regulatory assessments of new cryptoassets, networks, and counterparties
• Draft regulatory submissions, narratives, and responses; monitor developments
