• 7+ years in regulatory compliance within consultancy, compliance function, or regulator.
• Expertise in cryptoasset obligations (MiCA, CARF, etc.).
• Knowledge of regulatory gap analysis and policy implementation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide oversight on compliance obligations for cryptoasset products and related controls.
• Ensure high-quality regulatory mapping and horizon scanning for relevant geographies.
• Challenging, assessing, and implementing policies from scratch.
• Review 1LoD cryptoasset compliance approvals and provide feedback.
• Contribute to a robust company-wide cryptoasset training and competency programme.
• Provide 2LoD oversight on cryptoasset complaints and root-cause analyses.
