Revolut Ltd is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Manager to advise on client asset protection and safeguarding controls. The role blends regulatory expertise with data-driven thinking to ensure products meet legal and policy requirements across a fast-moving digital environment.

You’ll design and implement efficient safeguarding controls, provide expert guidance to business functions, and support risk governance while improving regulatory awareness throughout the firm.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in safeguarding management in a financial services context.
• Deep knowledge of Delegated Directive (EU) 2017/593 and MiFID II.
• Understanding of client asset protection and reconciliations.
• Experience managing control processes in financial services.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Experience with safeguarding gap analysis and policy implementation.
• Willingness to continuously develop expertise.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement safeguarding control processes.
• Provide technical safeguarding compliance guidance to business teams.
• Interpret regulations for products and services.
• Support risk management and governance for Client Assets.
• Review client money and custody reconciliations and reports.
• Coordinate internal and external safeguarding audits.
